Unable to move past negative beliefs, habits and patterns?

We want it so bad, but sometimes we are unable to do reach the new level of us we are so desperately trying to reach. 

Why is change so hard? 

Well, we are products of our environment. We run on programs. These programs effect our internal and external life and behaviors. Some programs are positive, but there are also a lot of negative behaviors, beliefs and patterns we are running that have come from ancestral karma, life experiences including past lives and current. External people, social contagion and may other scenarios. These programs leave us feeling powerless and helpless in our current life. 

It can be extremely difficult to move past these behaviors when they are deeply rooted into our subconscious mind. 

What is the subconscious mind?

Its the part of your mind running these programs. The main thing this part of your mind is wanting to achieve is saving energy. It has a missive job to do keeping your heart beating and lungs breathing. So it picks things based off experience and sorts through them, then created automatic programs to run day in and day out. 

This is why some hobbits are very hard to change. The habit is deeply programed into the subconscious mind. 

WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy deals with our subconscious mind which is responsible for our emotions, perceptions, habits, beliefs and automatic bodily functions such as breathing and digestion. Often times we learn something consciously, then the subconscious mind takes over that learned behavior.

 

Once accepted by the subconscious mind, the mind begins to behave as if what we learned was true. If the conscious mind is not paying attention, is in shock or is not yet fully formed (as in the case of a child) new ideas can establish themselves in the subconscious mind and stay there unbeknownst to us. We subconsciously are running programs created from our childhood, past lives, current lives, traumatic events, social and societal programming, religion, the location we live in etc. We may not even be aware of what the programs even are. 

90% of the thoughts you are tinging today are the same thought you had yesterday. 

The good news is, these programs can be changed, so that you can massively transform your life starting with these pesky programs your mind is running.

 

So, in order to get new, beneficial ideas to be accepted by the subconscious mind, we must relax the conscious mind and communicate directly with the subconscious mind. In hypnosis, we temporarily relax the conscious mind and gain access to the powerful subconscious mind. In this beneficial, relaxed state, we can more easily get positive ideas across to the most powerful parts of our mind!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A HYPNOTHERAPY  & THERAPEUTIC COACHING SESSION?

People describe the experience of hypnotherapy as highly pleasurable and often comment upon emerging that they feel like they’ve had a refreshing nap. You might feel any number of sensations while in hypnosis. Most people’s muscles grow loose and relaxed. Many report pleasant feelings. Often the breathing grows deeper and slower as a result of increased relaxation. Feelings of warmth or tingling are common. Often people report an increased ability to visualize much like daydreaming. Some people’s perception of time is altered – the hypnotic state may seem much longer or shorter in duration than it actually is.

While some continue to listen to the words of the hypnotherapist, others report that the mind drifts away to some pleasant memory or imagined scene. Because the conscious mind may drift away, some report only a general sense of what was said in the trance, just like seeing a movie but not perfectly remembering every scene. Each individuals experience of hypnosis is unique!
